  1. All prices including VAT.
  2. Prices for special offers are only valid until supply is finished or until end of offer.
  3. Until complete payment goods remain property of Oberhuber Weine.
  4. In case of wrong number or damage of bottles, acknowledgement on way bill of carrier is necessary for refund delivery through Oberhuber Weine.
  5. Concerning payments in advance, goods are shipped at the day of cash receipt.
  6. The listed wines on the pages below are all original fillings of the mentionned wineries.
  7. Wines with cork defect cannot be replaced.
  8. The bottle content amounts to 0,75 liter, differing contents are indicated.
  9. Place of execution and place of jurisdicition is Munich, Germany.
  10. Subject to modifications, errors expected.
  11. With placing of order general terms and conditions are considered as noticed and accepted.

 

General conditions of delivery

Products ordered through internet are only shipped against payment in advance.

 

Conditions of delivery for munich:

Free delivery as of € 150,--  order value.

With lower order value, delivery flat rate of € 6,- is charged. Express and fixed date delivery are charged with € 9,50.

Conditions of delivery for Germany:

1 -  6 bott./€ 8,70  -  12 bott./€ 9,90  -  24 bott./€ 14,90

Free delivery as of € 200,--  order value.

In Germany wines are delivered through DPD, normally they reach the recipient one working day after shipping.

 

In case of wrong number of bottles or damage of bottles, acknowledgement on way bill of carrier is necessary for refund delivery through Oberhuber Weine.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY FOR FOREIGN COUNTRIES ARE GIVEN ON DEMAND.
